Kevin Rulis
Kevin concentrates his practice in the areas of Business, Real Estate and Estate Law and Administration. He also partners with a team of litigators to solve client's business and personal injury litigation needs.
With 25 years experience, including work as an accountant with a Big Five accounting firm, and as a licensed commercial insurance agent, Kevin understands the complexity of business transactions from many angles.
Kevin's practice is broad, and he has represented publicly traded and privately help companies in each stage of the business life cycle, including newly formed start ups as well as companies looking to reorganize and prepare for sale. Kevin has represented regional banks in the preparation of commercial loan documents, as well as individuals looking to access loan funds.
On the individual side, Kevin's practice includes advising professionals and families who are starting their first business or purchasing their first investment property.
He also represents young families and older couples plan in the event of a disability or death, with the preparation of estate documents, including wills and medical powers of attorney.

Kevin is a native of Harrisburg, PA, and worked in public accounting (Deloitte) in NYC before attending PSU - Dickinson School of Law. Kevin enjoys cooking, wine and tournament racquetball and squash.
Member of Saint Peter and Paul Roman Catholic Church and former Finance Committee member. United Way Leadership Council Alumni and active in many civic and community events in Chester County, Pennsylvania.
